Three ways to buy

Buy the way your team works

Your intake team decides what works best. We ask a few questions, then help you pick.

Leads

A person fills in their accident details and checks their phone by code. The lead lands in your CRM in seconds.

Best if your team calls new leads within minutes, all day.

Signed cases

We sign the client on your retainer. Then we hand them to you the same day by live call or a booked appointment.

Best if your team is small, or you want cases, not calls.

What counts as a good case

Clear rules, agreed before you buy

These are our starting rules. You can make them stricter for your firm. Stricter rules mean fewer cases, so we agree on them together.

  • Recent accident. We aim for the last 30 days.
  • Not at fault. Extra care in strict-fault states.
  • Hurt and getting care. No long gaps in treatment.
  • Insurance. The other driver is insured, or the client has uninsured motorist cover.
  • No lawyer yet. Or wants to switch, only if you take switchers.
  • Big cases flagged. Trucks, company vehicles and rideshare are marked for you.

Case math

What should a signed case cost you?

Many firms aim to pay about one third of what a case earns them. Move the sliders to see your numbers.

An estimate to help you plan. Not a Bulktide price or a promise.

A healthy cost per signed case$5,000
What a referred case costs you$6,000

Questions firms ask

Are the cases exclusive?

Yes. Each lead, transfer or signed case goes to one firm only.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your states, the way you buy and your case rules. Our team gives you a clear price on the call.

Will the ads show my firm's name?

Our ads are general by default. Where state law asks for the firm's name, like in California, we build a campaign just for your firm. We cover this on the call.

What if a case is bad?

Your agreement lists what we replace, like wrong numbers, out-of-state people and duplicates. You show proof in your report, and we fix it.

Can cases go straight into our CRM?

Yes. We can send to most legal CRMs, plus email or text. We send a test case first.

Can we pay for the ad budget ourselves?

Some firms like that model. Ask on the call and we will tell you if it fits.

Is the fit check a person?

No. It is an AI assistant. It asks a few questions so your call with our team is useful.
